    Where are you from?

    Originally I am from Pakistan but born and brought up in Saudi Arabia.

    Where did you work before Erne Fittings and in which position?

    After my graduation I worked in Pan Gulf Holding which is one of the largest stockiest of pipes, fittings, flanges and valves in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I joined as a sales engineer and made rapid growth with proven sales track record. Eight years passed too quick out of which I served my last three years as a sales manager. 

    What do you do at Erne Fittings? What are your responsibilities? 

    I’m leading a sales team of four people where we work together to build a strong unit with power of knowledge, training and passion towards work. Internally my prime focus

    is to establish flawless communication between sales and other departments for a successful order execution.

    My main responsibilities are to develop the Saudi Arabian market, target key clients and built strong relations, develop sales strategy, work out a balanced price list to ensure profitable business transaction and increase our market share at the end of the day.

    Further I am also involved in market research when it comes to threats or weaknesses related to our competitors. 

    Regular visits to customers, attending exhibitions and ensuring to sell any new product in the market. Recently  I have been given a new challenge of looking after the UAE market as well.

    Why do you like working at Erne Fittings?

    Selling is my passion and this is what I do at Erne Fittings! What I like about Erne Fittings is that it has a multicultural environment. People from various ethnic and religious groups are working together as a team. 

    We as a manufacturer are growing rapidly. The competition is tough due to market conditions which brings more challenges. We as Erne Fittings are capable of taking these challenges by clear focus, market research, getting updated with standards, trainings and motivation towards work! Overall increasing our market share being friendly and competitive.

    If you are not working, what do you do?

    I like to spend my free time with my parents, wife and kids. Apart of that I like to do sports, cricket is one of my favorite sports where I also socialize myself with several people of different nationalities. Relaxing and watching documentaries is also what I like sometimes.
