For Erne Fittings, entrepreneurial activity also means assuming social responsibility. Treating our employees with respect, whilst thinking and acting in a long-term, and sustainable manner are natural for us. In addition, we also support projects that enable other, less fortunate people to have a better future, such as the CONCORDIA social project.

Education for our children, first-class medical care and a social safety net during difficult times are a given for us, but just an hour’s flight away, the reality is vastly different. Romania is one of the poorest countries in Europe, and I have seen for myself the conditions under which children have to grow up in southern Europe today. A small amount that we often spend frivolously can make all the difference in Romania as to whether a family stays together or not. Therefore, instead of gifting presents, Erne Fittings have decided to support the non-profit CONCORDIA project – to help families who are really having a hard time. “
